Description

The purchase of natural gas by Újbuda Sportjért Nonprofit Kft.
Újbuda Sportjért Nonprofit Kft. intends to conclude an annual contract for the purchase of 240 000 m³ of natural gas under a full-based natural gas trade contract.
On the basis of the procedure, the contracting authority intends to conclude a contract for the period from 6:00:00 (CET) on 1.7.2013 (the date of signature of the contract) to 6.00 (CET) on 1.7.2014 (if the contract is signed at a later date), with a view to extending the contract for the period from 6:00:00 (CET) on 1.7.2014 to 6.00 (CET) on 1.7.2015.
The quality of the natural gas must comply with the specifications of standard MSZ 1648:2000 for the 2H gas groups.
The calorific value of natural gas is 34.0 MJ/gnm3. (The daily variation in the calorific value shall not exceed ± 5 % of the contracted calorific value. The transfer of natural gas at the point of delivery takes place under pressure corresponding to the characteristics of the places of use).
The subject-matter of the procurement is specified in detail, for each consumption point, in the specifications.
The successful tenderer shall continue to perform the contract throughout the term of the contract.
The contracting authority may deviate from the annual quantity specified above by a maximum of + 30 % during the period of performance.
The contracting authority states that, for the purposes of this procedure, the funds necessary for the successful completion of the procedure are limited to HUF 3.1 + VAT/MJ. If only offers exceeding the tender price of HUF 3.1 + VAT/MJ are received, the contracting authority is currently obliged to declare the procedure ineffective because of a lack of funds.
