Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is a service consisting of:
(1) collecting and managing municipal waste from owners from properties resident in the city and municipality of Łosice in such a way as to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery are achieved by other means and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is limited, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2019, item 2010);
(2) the provision of separate waste collection bags to owners of properties in which residents live at their own expense – a bag empty for the full bag received;
(3) the provision, for the duration of the contract, of all municipal waste collection points by residents of a housing cooperative and a housing association with 1 100 litres containers for unsorted (mixed) municipal waste in the necessary quantity.
