Description

Предметът на настоящата поръчка е „Избор на доставчик на активна нетна електрическа енергия и координатор на балансираща група за ниско напрежение за нуждите на РЗОК- Стара Загора“.
Доставката на електрическа енергия трябва да бъде в съответствие с действащите нормативни документи: Закон за енергетиката (ЗЕ), Правилата за търговия с електрическа енергия (ПТЕЕ) и Правила за измерване на количеството електрическа енергия (ПИКЕЕ).
По отношение на планирането и договарянето на конкретни количества нетна активна електрическа енергия се прилагат ПТЕЕ.
