Description

The subject of the public contract is the physical supply of natural gas to the demand points of the individual entrusting contracting entities, which are listed in Annex 3 to these tender specifications (hereinafter referred to as the supply), by the tenderer, with the assumption of the contracting authority’s obligation to remove natural gas from the gas distribution system, including the transfer of balancing responsibility to candidates pursuant to Act No 458/2000 on business conditions and the performance of State administration in the energy sectors (Energy Act), as amended, Decree No 365.
