Description

Project management contract (building area) within the meaning of Law MOP 85.704 of 12.7.1985 as amended by Law No 88.1090 of 1.12.1988 and Decree No 93.1268 of 29.11.1993, the Order of 21.12.1993 on technical arrangements for the implementation of project management elements and Order No 2004-566 of 17.6.2004 amending Law 85-704 of 12.7.1985.
This certificate shall identify the following:
Basic mission extended to executive studies with summary.
Additional tasks:
— coordination steering authorisation assignment (OPC);
— SSI coordination mission.
Purpose of the operation.
Reminder of the objectives of the operation:
— abolition of temporary buildings;
— creation of 5 banked rooms in the pre-existing building;
— creation of an extension of approximately 100 M2 in front closed in order to recreate the relaxation/play space existing in the current preau,
— removal of the patio from the CDI in order to recover space of approximately 49 m²,
— extension of the existing multipurpose room,
— creation of a meeting room and 2 parents’ offices,
— fitting-out of sanitary facilities,
— redistributing the existing premises of the Science Hub,
— resise and rationalise the banalised rooms,
— covering of facades and roofs of terraces.

Provisional deadline for the execution of the works: A maximum of 24 months (including 2 months of preparation).
