Providing up-to-date data and establishing technical characteristics of sea beaches of the Republic of Bulgaria in order to: Establishment of an active beach area for free placement of beach accessories by visitors in accordance with Article 10(4)(1) of the ZUCHK; Establishment of the area of the movable sites and facilities in accordance with Article 10(4)(2)(a) of the ZUCHK; Establishment of the area of the movable sites and facilities in accordance with Article 10(4)(2)(b) of the ZUCHK in relation to the regulatory requirements of Article 10(7) of the ZUCHK; Establishment of the additional commercial area in accordance with Article 10(8) of the ZUCHK; Determination of the length of the coastline; Establishment of the length of the coastline for access to the sea in front of the free zones in accordance with Article 10(6) of the ZUCHK. Establishment of sites within the total area of the sea beach on mobile (white) dunes, fixed dunes with grass vegetation (grey dunes) and wooded dunes falling within the boundaries of zone "A", zone "B" or in the urbanized territories of settlements after the boundaries of zone "A"
