Description

The state capital Mainz is planning a new day care center (Kita) at Watfordstraße 30 in 55122 Mainz on the basis of the already 5 completed modular kits in timber construction. The new daycare centre is to be built with a GFA of approximately 1386 m2. In total, the daycare centre will offer space for around 104 children and 24 employees. In addition, a fresh kitchen and a basement for the building services are to be integrated into the kindergarten. For the construction of the Kita building kit, a planning office for the electrical installation (KG 440 + 450) and elevator (KG 460), for the performance phases 1-3 and 5-9 is searched for HOAI 2021.
