The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to define the terms governing contracts to be awarded during the period set out in this document.The purpose of this Framework Agreement, and of contracts to be concluded on the basis thereof, is to: Supply and delivery of electricity and related services. Purpose and description of the framework agreement: - Supply and transmission of electricity and related services. By deliberation, and in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2113-6 to L2113-8 of the Public Order Code, it was decided to set up a grouping of orders in order to retain a service provider responsible for ensuring the supply of energy to their respective buildings.The grouping agreement appointed a coordinator-executor of the grouping to conduct the procurement procedure. The coordinator shall be responsible for the preparation, execution, award, signature and notification of the framework agreement, subsequent contracts resulting therefrom, and any amendments thereto.It should be noted that the coordinator is also the performer, and is responsible for the execution of this framework agreement and subsequent contracts resulting therefrom.
