Description

1. Предметът на общетвената поръчка включва доставка на топлинна енергия за нуждите на Висше транспортно училище "Тодор Каблешков" - гр. София, с административен адрес гр. София, ул. "Гео Милев" № 158, за срок от 5 /пет/ години, считано от датата на влизане в сила на договора за доставка.
2. Прогнозната стойност за период от 5 /пет/ години е 1 330 000.00 /един милион триста и тридесет хиляди/ лева без ДДС.
3. Възложителят има право по време на действието на договора и съгласно изискванията на ЗОП да прави промени в списъците на своите обекти.
4. Настоящата процедура за възлагане на обществена поръчка се обявява на основание чл.182, ал.1, във връзка с чл.79, ал.1, т.3, буква "в" от ЗОП.
5. За доставяне на топлинна енергия за обектите на ВТУ "Тодор Каблешков", следва да бъде сключен договор с дружество, притежаващо изключителни права, придобити по силата на закон или административен акт, а именно "Топлофикация Софи ЕАД.
