Ziel des gegenständlichen Vergabeverfahrens war der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit den drei nach dem Zuschlagsschema bestgereihten Unternehmen je Los zur Beauftragung von Reinigungsdienstleistungen an Wiener Kindergärten gemäß § 3 Abs. 1 Wiener Kindergartengesetz LGBl. Nr. 17/2003 in 3 Losen: Los 1: Kindergärten der Bezirke 10, 11, 12, 13 und 23; Los 2: Kindergärten der Bezirke 21 und 22; Los 3: Kindergärten der Bezirke 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 9, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 und 20.
