Description

In preparation for a European procurement procedure, this market consultation is requested. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Science intends to launch a European Procurement for Housing Advisory Services. The assignment concerns the provision of housing expertise and project capacity with an integral view of the entire operational field for the listed departments of the Ministry of Education. The intended organisation must be able to carry out both junior and senior assignments on request for OCW throughout the country. Suitable capacity is required for both heavy and less heavy projects and consultancy projects in relation to housing, so sometimes an integrated approach is required. This means that suitable officers must be able to be deployed with knowledge of aspects such as HR, working in a political administrative environment and digitalisation. The goal for OCW is, where we do not have sufficient capacity/knowledge to do it ourselves, to be able to hire this quickly.
