Description

The Métropole du Grand Nancy wishes to purchase new spare parts, related accessories and tyres for the maintenance of its vehicles and machinery. The Metropolis of Greater Nancy is in a grouping of orders with the city of Nancy, the CCAS of the city of Nancy and the city of Seichamps, The needs of these public buyers are taken into account in this contract. Some lots may be paid by purchase card. The procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. Each lot of the framework agreement is a single successful tenderer, with a maximum annual amount, awarded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Each lot will give rise to: the issue of order forms, by applying the unit prices in the schedule of unit prices of the framework agreement (contractual document); the issue of catalogue purchase orders for supplies or services not listed in the BPU of each lot of the framework agreement.
