Description

The subject of the order is the supply of accessories for breast reconstruction in the number and in accordance with the assortment listed in the assortment and price form, presented in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that the products are sterile, packed in double packaging, provided with an appropriately labeled label and a minimum of 6 pieces of self-adhesive labels correctly labeled, in accordance with the applicable regulations and the attached general conditions of warranty for the Patient. The contracting authority does not allow partial tenders to be submitted. Tenders in the procedure may be submitted only for the entire contract. The order is indivisible because the delivery must be made by a single contractor due to the need to ensure the compatibility of medical devices, technical consistency during the procedure and the responsibility of one contractor for the completeness of the delivery. The required deadline for the performance of the contract is set by the contracting authority at 24 months from the date of signing the contract. The Ordering Party shall require, within this period, successive deliveries of the offered goods in accordance with current orders.
