The subject of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate remaining in the municipal waste collection system organized by the Skoki municipality, as well as the collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the city of Skoki. The total estimated quantity of waste to be collected and disposed of during the duration of the contract and the performance of the contract is indicated in Table 16.5 of Annex 8 to the FTZ. The projected amount of municipal waste to be generated has been specified in para. 7 in Annex 8 to the FTZ. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option exercised on the terms specified in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 8 to the FTZ. Due to the actual situation regarding the production of a smaller amount of municipal waste, which may occur during the performance of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reduction corrections, increasing corrections, findings of new locations. Incremental corrections do not imply the introduction of new works outside the scope of the contract. They should be understood as an increase in the number of works in one location, while reducing the number of works in another location, within the aggregated amounts of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement specified in the FTZ. Reducing corrections, understood as a limitation or complete abandonment of the subject of the contract (limitation of the scope of the contract) will not exceed 10% of the amount of waste specified in Table 16.5 of Annex 8 to the FTZ, respectively.
