Autoritatea contractanta doreste sa achizitioneze Produse farmaceutice in conformitate cu prevederile din Caietul de Sarcini și Anexa 1 Cantități-Valori . Prin achizitionarea de PRODUSE FARMACEUTICE, autoritatea contractantă doreste să răspundă necesitătilor identificate in cadrul spitalului. Medicamentele sunt necesare pentru tratamentul bolnavilor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde, în mod clar și complet, tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informatiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Termenul limită până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire este de 18 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
