Description

The construction project is an extension of an existing school building. The school building is located on the Rhine road 4 at 46395 Bocholt.
It is a full school and a real school. The building will be expanded to include classrooms at secondary level 1+ 2 at the rear. Three above-ground and 1 underground floors are planned in the present case.
The construction project is to be carried out in two phases.
The 1st The construction phase includes the technique in the basement and all above floors, including stairwell 1, towards the existing building and the existing building itself.
The second The construction phase comprises the remaining rooms of the new building.
The building must already be completed after completion of the 1st Construction phases are put into service.
