The School Association of Central Schools of Feuchtwangen-Land is planning to rehabilitate the primary and secondary schools
Wet-swangen country.
Brief description of the above. Building/type:
— Two-fixed room configuration with central break hall,
— Three-storey reinforced-concrete skeleton construction with pre-fixed concrete pre-fabricated hangers,
— Flat roof with bituminous waterproofing,
— District heating by Hackschnitzel heating plant,
— Year of construction: 1970s;
— Structural measures for fire safety and accessibility were carried out in 2011.
— Existing sports facilities to Turnhalle + swimming hall (currently being rehabilitated) are not covered by the
Planning task.
Population ratios:
— Insitution: NGF approx. 4 800 m² (approximately 5 500 m² BGF and 20 600 m³ BRI);
— Eligible NF approx. 3 300 m²;
— Current number of school classes: 8 primary and 16 secondary schools
School focus:
— Musical primary school, secondary music school, intermediate-tyre train, preparatory classes (so-called 9 + 2);

Some or all of the school are planned to be outsourced and rehabilitated.
It is assumed that the current spatial programme will continue to be rehabilitated in the existing
