Description

This document is not a contract notice or a call for tenders, but an invitation to a market dialogue. The City of Helsinki's Urban Environment Division (hereinafter the client) is preparing the acquisition of Mobile Maintenance and User Services. The target of the procurement is a mobile user interface, which is intended to be used to combine building and city data models and data content produced through different systems, and to support the making and management of space reservations and maintenance requests as well as the maintenance calendar from one place in an easy and user-friendly manner. The goal is to acquire as much as possible a ready-made solution that can be adapted and expanded to meet the needs of the city now and in the future. In the future, the aim is to scale the solution to use cases other than those described in this procurement, so the number of users of the user interface will gradually increase as the number of use cases increases. The user interface must be suitable for combining and visualising datasets on a browser-based platform (mobile). The data can be used e.g. city spatial data, 3D city data model data, building data models, infrastructure data models, point cloud data and basic information about the built environment from different sources. More information on the subject of the procurement is described in the document Description of the subject of the procurement. The purpose of this market dialogue is to identify the market for the services in question and to obtain information on the procurement in order to carry out the procurement in an appropriate manner. The contracting entity does not undertake to carry out this procurement. This is a survey/request for information related to a planned acquisition. Please answer the questions in the Forms questionnaire as comprehensively as possible. You are kindly asked to write your answers in the fields provided with the questions. Registration for market dialogue events is done by using the same Forms questionnaire mentioned above, where the participant indicates the most suitable time for the event.
