Preventive and corrective maintenance on site and remotely of pneumatic transport networks of brands AEROCOM and ELEKTROR and update of associated software for the University Hospital Group of Champagne whose beneficiary institution is the University Hospital Center of Reims. The contract is not alloti and takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of the 2nd paragraph of Article R.2162-2 of the Public Order Code, which is executed by the issuance of successive purchase orders under the conditions provided for in Articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It shall be concluded with a single economic operator and shall be concluded, without a minimum but with an annual maximum fixed at EUR 210 000.00 excluding VAT.
