Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa mięsa czerwonego i wędlin z mięsa czerwonego dla Z.Z. Sochaczew i Z.Z. Olszewnica jednostek będących na zaopatrzeniu 42 BLSz w 2023 r.
2. Nazwa i kod zamówienia według Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień:
CPV: 15100000-9 - Produkty zwierzęce, mięso i produkty mięsne;
15131130-5 – Wędliny.
3. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 4 części:
1) Część I: Dostawa mięsa czerwonego dla Z.Z. Sochaczew;
2) Część II: Dostawa mięsa czerwonego dla Z.Z. Olszewnica;
3) Część III: Dostawa wędlin z mięsa czerwonego dla Z.Z. Sochaczew;
4) Część IV: Dostawa wędlin z mięsa czerwonego dla Z.Z. Olszewnica.
4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik 1, 1a, 1b, 1c i 2 do SWZ i umowy.
5. Projekt umowy stanowi również uzupełnienie opisu przedmiotu zamówienia w zakresie postanowień nie
uregulowanych zapisami w załączniku nr 1, 1a, 1b, 1c do SWZ.
