Description

The purpose of this consultation is to reopen competition for Lot 1 ‘Maintenance and maintenance of fire safety equipment belonging to the Deux-Sèvres Habitat heritage’ as part of the fire safety maintenance of the Deux-Sèvres Habitat heritage. Descriptions of the services expected and their technical specifications are set out in the SACC and its annexes, as well as in the FMD and the BPU. Place(s) of performance: Heritage of Deux-Sèvres Habitat on the department of Deux-Sèvres. The heritage is detailed at the DPGF. The contract has two objectives: - Preventive maintenance concluded in the form of an ordinary contract and remunerated by an annual all-inclusive price; - Corrective maintenance at the request of Deux-Sèvres Habitat concluded in the form of a framework agreement with order forms setting out all the contractual stipulations concluded without a minimum and with a maximum with an economic operator. The part of the contract concluded in the form of a framework agreement with order forms will be concluded without minimum and with the maximum amount for the duration of the following contract: The part of the contract concluded in the form of a framework agreement based on an order form is estimated at EUR 265,000.00 excluding VAT for the duration of the contract. This estimate is purely indicative and does not commit the buyer on any volume or amount of order from the future holder. The total overall amount of the contract (flat-rate share and purchase order share) is estimated at EUR 393 600.00 excluding VAT. The exact addresses of the dwellings concerned and the list and nature of the equipment to be maintained in them are set out in the annexes to the SACC.
