Description

Takeover of the sponsorship for the offers of the open all-day school at the 11 Herford primary schools for the period school year 2026/2027 up to and including school year 2029/2030. There is an option to extend it by one school year by mutual agreement. The scope of the contract also includes the organization of the food supply and, if necessary, other forms of care, if required at the primary school. Coverage of school holidays is not provided, with the exception of movable holidays. The total call for tenders (OGS offers, other care offers, food supply) for all lots is € 34,959,134 gross (upper threshold area, VgV). One lot is formed for each school. Tenders may be submitted for a maximum of 4 lots per tenderer (§ 30 (1) VgV).
