Acordul cadru are ca obiect prestarea de servicii de mentenanţă pentru elicopterele Puma ( revizie, reparaţii capitale (RK), reparaţii curente, aplicare buletine service recomandate de producătorul aeronavei, actualizări documentaţii tehnice elicopter) şi asigurarea de piese de schimb, echipamente, materiale funcţionale), conform caiet de sarcini. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a candidaturilor/ofertelor este de 10.Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare în a 6 a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a candidaturilor/ofertelor.Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP.
