Die Psychiatrischen Dienste Graubünden, Loestrasse 220, 7000 Chur schreiben folgenden Beschaffungsgegenstand aus:
Rahmenvertrag für den Aufbau und Managed Service der ICT-Basisinfrastruktur der Psychiatrischen Dienste Graubünden (PDGR) mit den folgende vier Teilleistungen:
1.Netzwerk und Security
2.Plattform (ICT)
3.M365 und Active Directory
4.Telefonie, Alarmierung und Lokalisierung
Die Leistungen beinhalten:
a) den Aufbau der ICT Basisinfrastruktur für die vier Teilleistungen (inkl. Erneuerung, Integration und Migration)
b) den Betrieb der ICT Basisinfrastruktur als Managed Service basierend auf ITIL und gemäss den definierten Service Levels
c) Erweiterungen und Anpassungen der ICT-Basisinfrastruktur über die Laufzeit des Vertrages
