Description

La présente consultation porte sur des travaux des bâtiments d'Orléans Métropole, de la ville d'Orléans et du CCAS d'Orléans. Cette consultation donnera lieu à la conclusion de deux types d'accords-cadres multi-attributaires allotis et reconductibles:
— un accord-cadre à bons de commande pour les lots impairs conclu sans minimum ni maximum, pour des opérations entre 15 000 EUR HT et 100 000 EUR HT sauf pour le lot 31 qui concerne des opérations entre 0 EUR et 100 000 EUR (HT);
— un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents pour les lots pairs sans montant minimum ni maximum, pour des opérations entre 100 000 EUR HT et 400 000 EUR (HT).
Chaque lot sera conclu avec six opérateurs économiques au maximum. Le marché est passé dans le cadre du groupement de commandes constitué d'Orléans Métropole, de la ville d'Orléans et du Centre communal d'action sociale d'Orléans dont Orléans Métropole en assure la coordination.
