Description

Westfälisch-Lippische Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (hereinafter only: WLV) realizes the construction project replacement new building Urbanstraße 10 in Münster (Bahnhofsviertel) as a replacement for two existing buildings. The building site on Urbanstraße comprises three existing buildings (A, B, C). Buildings B and C were demolished and replaced by modern administrative buildings and a two-storey underground car park. It is attached to the component A to be preserved. The 6,135 m2 plot, intended for replacement construction, is enclosed on three sides by Achtermannstraße, Von-Vincke-Str. and Urbanstraße. Neighbouring buildings adjoin the southern and northern areas of the property. The replacement building covers a floor area of about 2,070 m2 with a gross floor area of about 10,296 m2 above ground and about 5,635 m2 underground. The gross volume is approximately 39,970 m3 above ground and 21,900 m3 below ground. The entire building is to receive an elemented curtain wall as prefabricated wooden sandwich elements with ceramic elements as facade cladding, rear-ventilated, with insulation in construction levels. The sun protection is integrated into the element facade. The project is to be certified as DGNB Gold Standard. The AG will lease the building to the LWL. The construction work is to be carried out by a general contractor (GU), who will also take over the execution planning. The contract in question seeks a contractor who monitors the services of the general contractor and, in part, already participates in the contract award. The details can be found in the performance chart and in the further procurement documents. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
