Description

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – ‘Forests Act’), including works on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, and nursery and seed production, to be carried out in the Myszyniec Forest District in 2026. The subject of the contract is divided into four lots (packages). The detailed scope of work is included in the procurement documents (Specifications of the Terms and Conditions of the Contract and its annexes).
