Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties and cottages located in the municipality of Proszowice. The collection and management of municipal waste should be carried out in such a way as to ensure that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfilling is reduced. A detailed ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’ is set out in Annex A to the FTZ. The Ordering Party reserves that the quantities of waste are estimated and may change in terms of the entire volume of waste and between individual fractions. Reducing or increasing the total waste stream to 30% of the projected weight obliges the Contractor to perform the contract without claiming compensation for less waste or a surcharge for more than the projected amount. These waste codes are the most frequently reported municipal waste collectors between 2013 and 2024. The Ordering Party reserves the right to appear other waste codes allowed for collection in PSZOK.
