Description

City of Buchloe - extension of a lunchtime care facility to the existing primary school "Meinrad Spieß" in Buchloe -- technical planning technical equipment ELT according to §53 HOAI Lph 1 - 9 -- The aim of the project is to expand the existing MeinradSpieß primary school (Prof. Neher Straße 1, 86807 Buchloe) by a functional, modern and barrier-free extension, which is specially designed for the care and catering of 140 children. The extension should provide the necessary infrastructure to create a cafeteria, five group rooms, an output kitchen and other necessary ancillary rooms for care and at the same time ensure a harmonious connection to the existing school building. The contracted planner is expected to examine several approaches and discuss them intensively with the building contractor Stadt Buchloe and the school management. -- As part of the project, an extension will be planned, which will include the following spaces: Canteen for 140 children, dispensary kitchen, 5 group rooms, toilets, teacher's rooms and adjoining rooms. -- The extension is connected to the existing school building via a bridge. This bridge allows a barrier-free transition between the old and the new part of the school and ensures that children and caregivers have easy access to the new rooms at all times. The bridge is planned in such a way that it fits architecturally to the existing building, while at the same time being functional and aesthetically pleasing. -- With regard to the existing outdoor facilities, care is taken to ensure that the extension is integrated into the existing space. The hard court will be relocated in order to meet the requirements of the new use and at the same time create sufficient outdoor areas for the children. Detailed planning and coordination with the school and local authorities are necessary to make the adaptations to the outdoor area as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible. A development plan is already in place. -- The cultivation is planned taking into account sustainable construction, using modern techniques for energy efficiency and resource conservation. In addition, attention is paid to a harmonious integration into the existing architecture and environment of the school, in order to ensure a positive atmosphere for the children and the pedagogical staff. -- All rooms and paths as well as the outdoor facilities are designed for wheelchairs.
