Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of research, measurement and support equipment to the Department of Technology – Road Laboratory of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Olsztyn branch, located in Olsztyn at ul. Sokolej 4b. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into lots (12 tasks).
The scope of the contract includes (if such requirements are stated in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract for the task):
— delivery of the equipment covered by the contract to the places designated by the Contracting Authority;
— installation and commissioning of the equipment covered by the contract in places designated by the Contracting Authority;
— training of the Contracting Authority’s appointed staff on the rules governing the operation of the equipment and related software supplied;
— provision of permanent authorised warranty and post-guarantee services;
— remedy the failure (performance of warranty repairs) within a time limit and in a place consistent with the terms of the contract;
— provision of all required documents and software, i.e. declarations of conformity, certificates, certificates of verification or calibration, instructions for use in Polish, licences;
— performance of two guarantee reviews, checks and calibrations during the guarantee period.
The equipment offered must be new and meet the technical (minimum) parameters specified in the activity statements.
The contracting authority authorises the offering of equipment with better performance than the minimum requirements.
Whenever the descriptions refer to a ‘calibration certificate’, this shall be understood to mean a document issued by a calibration laboratory accredited in the relevant field by the Polish Accreditation Centre or by an accreditation body of another country which is a signatory to an agreement on mutual recognition of calibration certificates.
It is recommended to carry out an on-site visit at the laboratory’s premises prior to the submission of the tender in order to assess the scope of the work, the type and the quantity of materials needed, in order to determine the costs associated with installing the equipment supplied at the test bench.
The contractor may submit a tender for one, several or all of the tasks. The contractor may submit only one tender for each task. The same supplier may be designated as a Subcontractor in different tenders.
Each task should be regarded as a separate public contract for which, once the most advantageous tender has been selected, a separate contract will be concluded.
