The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for railway vehicles used by the Ordering Party, which include diesel multiple units of the SA105, SA108, SA132, SA134, SA139, SA136ATR series and electric multiple units of the 48WEb, 48WE, 48WEd, EN76, EN57AKW and EN57AL series, as well as bimodal multiple units of the 36WEh series, including cursory and cursory cleanings extended. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the FTZ (Model Agreement). 2. Detailed requirements for the provision of the service are contained in Annex 1 to the Model Contract. 3. The performance of the subject-matter of the contract will take place on each calendar day of the contract, on the basis of the Cleaning Schedule – Annex 7 to the contract. The Contractor is obliged to perform services constituting ancillary activities also on the basis of information received from the Ordering Party. 4. During the performance of the contract, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option referred to in Article 441 of the Public Procurement Act in the scope of: 1) Quantity Options, 2) Schedule Options, 3) Additional Services Options. The right of option is a right of the Ordering Party, which may or may not be exercised as part of the performance of the contract. If the Employer does not exercise the right of option, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect. The relevant provisions of the Agreement concerning the conditions for exercising the option right are set out in the Model Agreement, which constitutes Annex 4 to the FTZ. 5. Contractors may apply for the award of a contract if they: 1) are not excluded in the circumstances referred to in Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, with the proviso that in the Proceedings the contractor is not subject to exclusion in the case referred to in Art. 1 point 1 letter h of the Public Procurement Act, and in the case referred to in Article 108 sec. 1 point 2 of the Public Procurement Act, if the person referred to in this provision has been convicted of the offence listed in Article 108 sec. 1 point 1 letter h of the PZP Act; in addition, they shall not be excluded in the circumstances referred to in: Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine U.
