Description

The Community of Municipalities of the Region of Bar-sur-Aube wishes to delegate, on an exclusive basis and at the expense and risk (transfer of a risk linked to the operation of the service) of the operator, the operation of the community aquatic centre located in the municipality of Bar-sur-Aube The aquatic centre has the following characteristics for a useful surface area outside technical premises of approximately 1800 m2: • An aquatic area comprising: - A 250 m2 swimming pool; - A recreation area of 142 m2; - A play area without depth of 35m2; • A well-being and fitness area comprising a wet (sauna, hammam) and dry area (two rooms) • Ancillary reception rooms, cloakrooms, personal and technical areas. • Parking space and outdoor beaches. It is located at the following address: 1 rue du Docteur Roux, 10 200 Bar-sur-Aube The delegatee will be responsible for its operation under the conditions set out in the contract. This aquatic centre will be the place of performance of the public service.
