Predmetom tejto nadlimitnej zákazky na dodanie tovaru je kúpa a dodanie potravín pre potreby Účelového zariadenia Kancelárie Národnej rady Slovenskej republiky Častá - Papiernička, 900 89 Častá, okres Pezinok. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky sú aj služby súvisiace s dopravou, naložením a vyložením dodávaného tovaru na miesto dodania. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky (druhová skladba sortimentu potravín, špecifikácia a množstvo) tvorí oddiel IV. s názvom „Opis predmetu zákazky“ súťažných podkladov a oddiel V. s názvom „Obchodné podmienky“ súťažných podkladov. Zákazka je rozdelená na osem (8) samostatných častí.
