Description

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service involving the management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 originating from the area of the Commune of Świętochłowice in 2026 from inhabited real estate and real estate, which in part constitute real estate on which residents live, and in part real estate on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated. 2. The scope of the contract covers the management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 in an estimated amount of approximately 7 600 Mg/year. 3. Waste for management will be transferred successively in quantities depending on the amount of waste generated by the owners of real estate located in the Świętochłowice Commune covered by the municipal waste management system. 4. Waste management includes the activities indicated in Article 3 para. 1 point 5(b) and (c) and Art. Article 1(21) of the Waste Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587 as amended). 5. The Contractor shall ensure that the operation complies with Article 20 of the Waste Act and other legal provisions and that the waste recovery or disposal sites comply with the technological criteria – the best available technique referred to in Article 207 of the Environmental Protection Act of 27 April 2001 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws No. U. 2025, item 647 as amended), or the technology referred to in Article 143 of that Act and other relevant provisions.
