Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. The services are paid for by unit prices. The purpose of this framework agreement is the maintenance and upkeep of heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations on the sites of the Régie de l'Eau Bordeaux Métropole. The maintenance services relate to the following installations: - Combined boilers, gas fuel, - Air conditioning systems, - Refrigeration units, - Convector fans, consoles, cassettes, - Air/water heat pumps, - Air treatment systems, - Control systems. This framework agreement shall lay down all the conditions for performance of the services and shall be executed as and when order forms are issued by the contracting entity. The supplier performs preventive maintenance of the equipment and systems entrusted according to the maintenance recommendations of the manufacturers of the equipment, the maintenance ranges validated by the Régie de l'Eau Bordeaux Métropole and in the rules of the Art of the profession according to the regulations in force.
