Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit 20 Unternehmen über Verkehrsdienstleistungen für Ergänzungs- bzw. Zusatzleistungen zu bestehenden Verkehren sowie Verkehrsleistungen (mit geringem Volumen) in Regionen ohne bestehende Verkehre für die Zeitspanne bis zur Vergabe der Verkehre im Rahmen eines eigenständigen Vergabeverfahrens.Das maximale Leistungsvolumen in dieser Region beträgt in Summe rund 2.000.000 Fahrplankilometer pro Jahr; dieses Leistungsvolumen kann durch mehrere Abrufe aus der Rahmenvereinbarung beauftragt werden.
