Poland-Łódź: Building materials

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of general construction materials in accordance with current needs to the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łódź, according to the range, quantities and quality requirements indicated in the Product – Price Form – Annex 2 to the ToR.
2. The quantities of the ordered range presented in the various items of the Product and Price Form (Annex 2 to the ToR) are estimated quantities used to calculate the price of the tender, which may change during the performance of the contract, but the total value of the supplies made will not exceed the amount stipulated in the contract. The final amount of individual materials will be the result of the actual needs of the Contracting Authority and its budgetary resources and, in the event of lesser needs, they cannot give rise to claims on the part of the Contractor.
3. The contractor will perform the contract at the unit prices indicated in the tender.
4. The contracting authority requires supplies to be made within a maximum of 2 working days.
5. The general construction materials supplied must be certified, PN conformance or technical approval in accordance with the applicable legislation,
6. For the goods to be ordered, the Contractor will provide a guarantee in accordance with the manufacturer’s guarantee.
7. For materials for which the manufacturer has not specified a guarantee period, the Contractor shall provide a guarantee for a period of not less than 24 months.
8.The detailed description and conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the draft contract – Annex 6 to the ToR.
9. Delivery of the supplies will take place at the Contracting Authority’s warehouse located in Łódź at ul. Stokowska 21/25.
10. The cost of transporting the materials to the warehouse shall be borne by the Contractor, which must be calculated in the price of the tender.
