Description

Award of building planning services according to HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1, § 34 (performance phases 19) for the conversion and modernization of the northern building on the Kinobauer site in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim. The five-storey building is to be gradually repurposed for school purposes to relieve the burden on the neighbouring Linden School Centre. For this purpose, a building application including the change of use of the entire building is required. In the first phase, the conversion of two and a half storeys is planned and should be planned in such a way that the storeys can be operated autonomously with regard to the technical equipment. In the long term, school use of the entire building is planned. The implementation is carried out in stages taking into account the existing building structure and the licensing requirements.
