The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide maintenance services for fire safety installations for the assets of KREMLIN BICETRE HABITAT. The assets of KREMLIN-BICETRE HABITAT are described in Annex 1 to the C.C.T.P. The framework agreement is not broken down into lots. Indeed, the homogeneity of the services and the need to guarantee a single and coherent technical assistance for all heritage sites does not make it possible to break down the services into several lots. The framework agreement is one-off. It comprises a part treated at unit prices and a part treated at fixed prices. - Flat-rate part: Preventive maintenance services for fire safety installations. - Part with order forms: Provision of curative maintenance services for fire safety installations, which occur when a need arises or as a result of preventive maintenance.
