Description

The subject of this consultation is the supply of drinks for receptions organised by the City of Toulouse (cf. Article 17 of the CCP).
The City of Toulouse undertakes to give preference to organic drinks, particularly as regards wines, beers and cider.
For this reason, applicants for this consultation will have to provide, for the lots concerned, wines and ciders with the eco label or equivalent, and therefore from organic farming, i.e. without GMOs and cultivated without fertilisers or synthetic pesticides.
The City of Toulouse is committed to promoting agri-food. On the basis of equal prices or equivalent tenders, in accordance with Article 53 of the CMP, a preferential right will be awarded to the tender submitted by a producer cooperative society, by an agricultural producer group for lots 2, 3 and 5.
