Occupational Health is concerned with any health issues that employees feel may affect their work, or any work issue that may affect your health. However, it is important to note that the Occupational Health Service is not intended to substitute or replace general medical care or GP.
It is Renfrewshire Council's corporate policy to ensure so far as reasonably practicable the health and safety and well-being of all its employees, therefore the Council is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Contractor Employee Occupational Health and Well-being.
This procurement will be executed via an open tender procedure. The period of the contract is for 2 years with the option to extend up to a further 2 x 12 months.
Please note: this is a Part B service therefore this is a voluntary notice.
Tenderers will be required to pass Stage 1 — Qualification (Selection) in order to progress to Stage 2 of evaluation — the Technical/Commercial (Award) criteria
Proposal 45 % (Technical) — which is made up of —
— Health Strategy — 25 %;
— Methodology and Approach including process and systems — 15 %;
— Value Added Services — 3 %;
— Community Benefits — 2 %;
Price — 55 % (Commercial).
