Description

The Migration Board uses a seat interpreter and video interpreter when investigating applicants’ asylum grounds and in the additional asylum equipment. On other occasions, the Board uses a telephone interpreter as a matter of priority. The Migration Agency uses, inter alia, interpretation services in calls for and with individuals, but also when interpreting for groups when providing information, for example.
The contract relates to local interpretation, including video interpretation, in the Migration Board’s own premises.
