Vállalkozási szerződés "Keretszerződés iskolaszövetkezeti szolgáltatás igénybevételére a Szent Erzsébet Mórahalmi Gyógyfürdő részére" tárgyban Vállalkozási szerződés „Keretszerződés iskolaszövetkezeti szolgáltatás igénybevételére a Szent Erzsébet Mórahalmi Gyógyfürdő részére” tárgyában, a Kbt. 105. § (1) bekezdés a) pontja szerinti Keretmegállapodásos eljárásban, az Ajánlatkérő kezelésében lévő Gyógyfürdőben, Iskolaszövetkezet nappali tagozatos hallgatók részére az alábbi munkakörökben, : 1. kategória: Uszodamester 2. kategória: Hostess 3. kategória: Medenceőr 4. kategória: Pénztáros 5. kategória: Takarító, éjszakai takarító munkakörök ellátására tervezetten 30 ezer munkaóra/év + 30% mennyiségben. Ajánlatkérő felhívja az ajánlattevők figyelmét arra, hogy a jelen eljárás keretjellegére, a keretmegállapodásos eljárás szabályaira tekintettel a tervezett mennyiség csak iránymutatás. Ez alapján a jelen keretmegállapodásban a megrendelt óraszámok ellenértéke legfeljebb nettó 220 millió forint összeg lehet, ezen keretösszeg elérésekor vagy a szerződés időbeli hatálya lejártakor a szerződés megszűnik. A Megrendelő az adott tárgyhónapot megelőző hónap 20. napjáig írásban jelzi a Vállalkozó részére az igénybe venni kívánt iskolaszövetkezeti tagsági jogviszonyban álló diákok létszámát. A részletes specifikációt, a megadott munkaköri kategóriák munkaköri leírását az ajánlattételi dokumentáció melléklete tartalmazza.
