Description

Cet équipement destiné à regrouper les services de la Communauté de Communes hébergés actuellement sur différents sites du territoire comprendra des locaux évolutifs et modulables d'une surface de plancher d'environ 3 148 m². Il sera localisé sur une parcelle d'une surface totale de 5 719 m² et sera exemplaire tant sur l'aspect énergétique, qu'environnementale et devra atteindre le label de performance énergétique des bâtiments impliquant une consommation d'énergie très faible (Label PassivHaus). Il intégrera la production photovoltaïque et les matériaux biosourcés et respectera les principes de limitation de l'impact carbone, ainsi que le cycle de vie du bâtiment. Cet équipement est un bâtiment ERP de type W et L de 5ème catégorie. Des aménagements extérieurs seront par ailleurs réalisés (stationnements, espaces d'agrément, espaces verts ...), conformément au plan d'aménagement paysager. Les prestations définies au CCAP sont réparties en 17 lots. Subventions pressenties : Fonds européens, Etat, Région, CAF (non acquises à ce jour).
