Description

UWV wants to proceed to voluntary ex ante transparency with a view to concluding a framework agreement for the provision of a multi-year development partnership between UWV, higher education and science in the field of digitisation, ICT and innovation, from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2029, with the National Organisation for Development, Digitalisation and Innovation under the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment. The procedure set out in the Procurement Act 2012 is used for this process: the negotiated procedure without prior publication with voluntary ex ante transparency.
