The procurement services of the North Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county (Pohde) Group Services request your tender for patient beds and their equipment in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. In addition to the wellbeing services county of Northern Ostrobothnia, the procurement includes: -Lapland wellbeing services county (Lapha) -Kainuuu wellbeing services county -Central Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county (Soite) is included in sub-areas 1 and 2 and in sub-areas 5-8. The call for tenders is divided into eight (8) sections as follows: 1. Ward bed 80 cm (not machine washable) 2. Ward bed 90 cm (non-machine-washable) 3. Baby cot 80 cm 4. Baby cot 90 cm 5. Nursing bed 80 cm, with 4-piece mattress base, handed over to the end user's home 6. Nursing bed 90 cm, with 4-piece mattress base, handed over to the end user's home 7. Nursing bed 80 cm, with 4-piece mattress base, foldable, handed over to the end user's home 8. Nursing bed 90 cm, with 4-piece mattress base, folding, handed over to the end user's home In sub-areas 1-4, the Contracting Entity selects one (1) Supplier/sub-area with the best price-quality ratio (most economically advantageous). In subdivisions 5-8, the procuring entity selects 1 to 5 products with the highest overall score, and the products are ranked according to the overall score by subdivision, with the highest overall score being first. Deviations from the order of priority may be made on individual health or therapeutic grounds: If a health care professional considers that a product other than the one that comes first in the order of preference is better suited to the patient for individual health or therapeutic reasons than the one that comes first in the order of preference, the contracting entity may order a product that comes later. If more than one product is equally suitable for the patient on individual health and therapeutic grounds, the contracting entity shall order the product with the highest order of priority. During the contract period, the contracting entity has the right to introduce new and innovative solutions that may enter the market from the selected contract supplier in this competitive tendering process. The contract period is two (2) years, plus possible options one (1) + one (1) years. The contracting entity may decide on the exercise of options separately on a yearly basis by sub-area. The procurement quantities indicated in the invitation to tender are the estimated consumption quantities for the procurement period (2 years) and are communicated to the tenderers only in support of the submission of the tender. The procurement contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the contracting entity; actual consumption may be higher or lower. During the contract period, the wellbeing services county will allocate the appropriations for the procurements referred to in this call for tenders separately each year. Procurement is carried out each year within the limits of the appropriations. If no appropriation is granted for a given year, no procurements in accordance with the procurement decision will be made in that year.
