The subject of the contract is the repair of the bridge No D1-236 managed by the SSÚD Liptovský Mikuláš, and the construction works will be carried out to the extent and in accordance with the project documentation, tender documents and the quality required in accordance with the Technical-Quality Conditions (‘TKP’), standards and regulations in force at the time of submitting the tender. The detailed definition of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in a document entitled: ‘Project documentation’, which forms Annex 1 to Part B.1 Description of the subject-matter of the contract of the procurement documents.
