Description

Lot 2: Framework agreement on other waste.
The tender covers the installation and collection of containers at start-up as well as at the end of the contract, maintenance, collection and transport of waste, either for recycling or for the disposal of waste by incineration or landfills.
All prices indicated in the tender reply must cover the services of transport, emptying fees, rent, necessary handling charges, environmental charges, oil surcharges and, where appropriate, all other costs must be included in the prices.
The tender covers waste from Odense municipality’s own institutions and companies, except for the following:
1. Waste covered by municipal collection scheme
2. Waste from establishments which have registered for the recyclable waste scheme from the com-mouth’s own establishments and undertakings (see Section 20 of the Odense Municipality’s Regulations on Generic Waste).
3. Waste for which the municipality of Odense has specific management agreements
For greater certainty, the following waste is covered by a municipal collection scheme, cf. Odense Municipality’s Regulation on commercial waste of January 2010:
1.Waste similar to municipal waste stored in mobile waste containers up to and including 800 L. is to be collected by Odense Renovation A/S.
2.Clinical risk waste (infectious waste, such as waste from patient treatment, must be collected by Motas, see
Regulations on commercial waste in the municipality of Odense).
3. Waste from oil and petrol separators shall be collected by Motas, cf. (Odense municipality’s re-yellowative for commercial waste)
