The subject of this public procurement is the exercise of construction supervision and investor control in the execution of supply and installation of a pump and construction of a pipeline junction in the PB Sliven, owned by DA DRVZ. The activities covered by the contract are as follows: Preparation of a comprehensive report on the assessment of compliance with the basic requirements for construction works, in accordance with the requirements of Article 142(5) of the Spatial Development Act, for investment projects for: - Construction of a foundation, supply and installation of a motorway pump, power supply of the pump and reconfiguration of the node at a product pipeline to Lukoil Bulgaria EOOD, located in the Sliven PB of the Burgas Territorial Directorate; - Conducting tests and trials of the system and facility; - Participation in the commissioning of the site with Protocol Model No 16 in accordance with Ordinance No 3 of 31 July 2003 on the drawing up of acts and protocols during construction. 2. Exercising investor control in the performance of construction and repair activities in the above-mentioned sites. 3. Validation of executive documentation after the actual completion of the site, in accordance with the requirements of Article 175(2) of the Spatial Development Act, reflecting the minor deviations from the agreed projects for the implementation of the public procurement procedure with subject: ‘Supply and installation of a pump and construction of a pipeline junction in PB Sliven’. 4.
