The subject-matter of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the successive collection and treatment of waste (recovery and/or disposal) under code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 originating from Zakład Utylacji Odpadów Komunalne ‘Stary Las’ Sp. z o.o., tapered waste and bulk waste. The Ordering Party does not specify the method of recovery and/or disposal of waste. It is up to the Contractor to determine the process in which it will be developed, excluding the D5 process.
